Online Yoga Programme

Upa Yoga has a variety of positive effects:
• Relieves physical stress and fatigue
• Exercises the joints and muscles
• Rejuvenates the body after periods of inactivity
• Neutralizes the effects of long travel and jet lag
Practice requirements:
• Suitable for everyone aged 7+
• Low intensity
• No previous yoga knowledge required
You will learn a simple but powerful yoga practice. The workshop has been designed so that you can practice Upa Yoga on your own after completing all sessions. All sessions are mandatory.
